Jaroslaw Solecki

Jarosław Solecki is a sculptor, visual artist and code artist. He graduated from the University of Arts in Poznań, Poland. He lives and works in the UK. Solecki is a PhD candidate, junior researcher in the Contemporary Literary and Artistic Culture Unit and member of the Lingua-Branding Laboratory at the Polish University Abroad in London (PUNO). He received an Arts Council England grant for his project, ‘Sculpting in 3D’, which explores the use and programming of digital operations in the sculptural process. He creates installations and objects at the intersection of generative art and sculpture, drawing on ideas from conceptual art. He draws inspiration from the masters of the Baroque. He is fascinated by the idea of mixed reality. He uses WebGL/WebXR, (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) in his artistic work.
