Welcome to Blue Point Art Gallery London
Blue Point Art Gallery London is a pioneering virtual art space that was established in response to the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2020. Using the latest 3D graphics technology accessible through web browsers, our gallery creates a dynamic and multifaceted platform for artistic expression, documentation and education. The virtual space is designed to encourage verbal and non-verbal communication between artists, researchers and the public, providing an immersive experience that does not require any additional applications. Since its foundation, Blue Point Art Gallery has focused on close collaboration with researchers from a range of universities. Today, it functions as an independent authorial gallery, run by Justyna Gorzkowicz and Jarek Solecki. The gallery is not only a venue for art exhibitions, but also a place to participate in research projects covering a wide variety of subjects. BPA itself has become one of our research tools – we presented our workflow at the DARIAH 2024 Annual Conference. It remains an independent space open to collaboration and the co-creation of diverse, immersive environments. Currently, Justyna and Jarek are involved in the CAPHE and GUARDIAN projects. Research carried out within these frameworks will be showcased not only on platforms designated by project participants, but also in gallery environments specially created for this purpose. Blue Point Art Gallery London is dedicated to promoting creativity and cultural exchange in a virtual environment. Whether you are an artist, a researcher or an art enthusiast, we aim to make your experience with us truly unforgettable.
